Osei Kufuor is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of international experience delivering programmes and driving large-scale business and organisational transformation across complex telecommunications, government and non-profit sectors. He is recognised for aligningstrategy with execution, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact initiativesthat improve performance, policy outcomes and stakeholder value.
Currently serving as Founder and Executive Director for Road Lines Foundation and most recently as Programme Coordinator for the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety in Ghana, Osei works closely with governments, development partners and international agencies to strengthen road safety policies, infrastructure and delivery systems. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Vodafone Ghana, where he led enterprise-wide business transformation, CRM and technology programmes.
Osei brings a disciplined yet people-centred leadership style, combining strong financial and risk governance with clear communication and collaborative partnerships. He holds an MSc in Project Management and an MA in International Communications and Development, and applies PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies to deliver sustainable and measurable organizational results.
